How to prepare For your appointment
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in
We provide lockers to store your personal belongings securely, including phones and bags
For your comfort, we provide booties upon entry, and we kindly ask that you remove your shoes, placing them in the locker.
Headphones with relaxing soundscapes or music will be available during your session
